Gemini – I know you are all glad that Mercury, your ruler is no longer retrograde, because that has made you life so so so much better. You are turning your attention to your financial picture. So, get that part of your life organized. You are even able to get a raise or increase the fees your charge others by mid month. If you are considering asking for a raise, between the 10th and the 22nd are the best times. And even for some of you, you are considering starting your own business. Keep moving forward on that. Relationships require more work than you are prepared for. Family time is more stressful. Avoid your family and other’s families as well.

Gemini – What you have to say this month matters and getting people to listen to you is very important. You will not take to being ignored very graciously. There will be more drama around for you this month which will have you putting out more fires than usual. Make sure that you keep your boundaries in place, as it is more natural for you to over extend yourself into other’s lives. This can really have your overloaded as we get closer to the end of the month. You will need a get away by the end of the month, make plans now.

Gemini 2008 - For All Year

This year is initially a time of reflection as the year begins, but ultimately you are in a decisive mode when you are really making some choices about your talents, your resources, the intimacy level in your relationships and how you can create a greater level of trust in your choices. In your relationships, both romantic and business, you are really beginning to communicate about what your expectations are. You are not going to be as flexible as you often appear in the beginning of your relationships. A deeper level of understanding has to be there or you are not going to be interested. And in current relationships, all the cards have to be on the table. You are certainly going to expect your partner to be more responsible and practical.

Hidden agendas will really hurt your relationships this year. And if you partner is not open about what is going on with them, you will dig it out. And you will not be happy about what you will find. You are much more willing to deal with any problem if your partner brings it to the surface on their own. There will be some need for sexual reconnection. And if that area is not working well, that will come to the forefront. Some of you should consider partnership counseling to be able to get more clear about what the truth is.

Continuing on this theme, you are also getting more clear about your role in the family and just what level of responsibility you are willing to accept. This is a time of no BS with your family members. And you are stepping in to accept yourself as the authority figure in your own life. If your family members are older, this could be a time when they are retiring or that you are seeing the affects of aging in their lives. Their opinion about you will no longer affect you as they once did. You are establishing your own roots. Some of you will buy property in this vein or even remodel the place where you are living. Establishing yourself on safe ground is what you are seeking.

For many of you, especially those born between the 9th and the 15th, you are trying to find some passion and connection with your career. If you are not able to do this, then you are facing boredom in your work. And boredom is never a good thing for a Gemini. You will need a new project at your current workplace or you will have to look elsewhere. For some of you, you will be considering starting your own business. Physically this can show up as being very restless or not getting much sleep, essentially your brain not shutting down for rest. You will find that work conditions will be unbearable by August if you have not made some changes in this area of your life.

Intellectually, you are really in a creative period. And part of the desire that drives you to change jobs or careers is to do something that more adequately reflects your inner desires and not just making money and surviving. You have always been a person who reflects on the nature of spirituality but you have been more interested in making your life more whole or complete in the way you make choices. You don’t working, but it needs to be something you life and something that makes a difference in this world. That is a lot to ask of a person and any choices that they may make, but you are asking that of yourself this year.
