Taurus – This is a month of rest and retreat for you. Try to keep your work commitments manageable. This can be a very good month for close friends and being associated with groups, both business and friendships. You are in a relaxed and entertaining mode. But you are still extra sensitive, and rude and offensive people will really put you off. Your communications skills improve after the 18th. Career is still a bit unclear for many of you. Make sure you really want to be there and focus in on that.

Taurus – This is your birthday month or solar return time. It is always a good time to look back over the last year and consider new plans for the next. With your ruler, Venus, joining the Sun, you will be rather self indulgent this month. And what better time for this, than your birthday.Relationships are better and both of you are able to find compromise earlier in any difficult situations. Career plans can be successful if you find the energy to motivate yourself. Activity at home will pick up after the 10th . Family relationships could be more tense and tempers will flare.

Taurus 2008 - For All Year

Opportunities abound for you if you are interested in travel, education, writing or marketing this year. You are hungry to learn something new and you will have plenty of prospects that will present themselves to you. And if you interested in the educational process, you could also be the person who is doing the teaching. You are feeling more upbeat than you have in the last couple of years. With that, you would make some real inroads in marketing yourself or your company’s products. Your sales abilities will flourish even if you are not in that field.

Tradition will mean more to you this year, as you seek to re-establish or reinvent some that you have not paid much attention to over the last several years. You are feeling a strong urge to step outside of your neighborhood and connect to the world at large. You can expect to hear from old friends that you have not heard from in a while. Even religion or your spiritual beliefs will re-enter the picture as you try to get a hold on how the world works. Your communication skills increase as you are able to say what you mean without stepping on anyone’s toes.

You are more creatively motivated as well this year. And you will want to do something with that creativity to put it into a concrete form that others can see. Your efforts are not just for you but to make contact with others and share your love and good will with them. Most all projects that you start will have a positive outcome, especially if you plan them well and are aware of where you want to invest your time. If you have children, you can expect them to take on a more mature attitude during this year. If your children are older, they might be getting married or having children of their own.

Friends can be of especially beneficial this year. You will need their help and prospective to see the bigger picture. And in this content, you will be able to merge your friends and business and everyone come out a winner. And if you are a networker, this can be an especially advantageous time. Consider aligning yourself with some community organization. Not only will you get some good friendships there, but you will be able to insure some financial gains. Even if you only associated yourself with a local community group to help your neighborhood, it will prove to be a great association.

Some of you are still on your spiritual pilgrimage, especially those of you born May 11th through the 16th. You are exploring the big questions of why you are here and what you are supposed to be doing with your life. And for many of you, this is particularly around your career. You will get some help with this but you may not be able to make a decision that you are totally comfortable with even if the position is perfect. You are just not able to decide since you are in this exploratory time. You will have to follow how you feel and not always what makes logical sense.
